Terms and Conditions

Relating to the supply of the service to you (The Customer) and The Party Crew (‘The Company’), details of which are set out below.

The service provided by the Company includes the provision of The Bounce House, or any of our Pop up events. 

Though the content of the website and the booking process are available in a variety of languages, tickets and confirmation emails will be only generated in English. Similarly, all communication from The Party Crew is in English.

 

E-Tickets

Customer’s purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them by way of E-ticket. The Customer will need to show their ticket on a smart device or print the E-ticket and bring it with them to present to a member of The Party Crew at the customer check in point. As part of our sustainability policy, we would like our customers to try to keep the ticket as an electronic ticket, rather than printing it.

 

Tickets 

The Customer should keep their ticket safe as replacements will not be issued. The Customer must show their ticket as they enter the event or session. Ticket must be purchased online before the event. The ticket remains the property of the company and must be produced for inspection and, if requested to do so, be surrendered upon demand to an authorised Company Official. The Customer will not be permitted to use the service without a valid ticket for the entire service the Customer wishes to make.

 

Lost Tickets

The Customer must keep their ticket safe. Customers who lose their tickets need to bring Identification and contact the office prior to arrival at the event.

 

Children

Child tickets are available for Children aged from 1-12 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 1 may attend for free.

 

Refunds

In the event that the Company is unable to provide a service throughout the period of the validity of your ticket through circumstances within its control, you shall be entitled to a full or part refund of the price of your ticket.

Cancellations made by the customer must revert to our refund policy.

 

Accident or Loss

Please take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the Company, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.

 

Customer Conduct

We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a tour, if we deem their conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers and the crew, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to their safety or to the safety of other passengers and the crew, and we shall have no further liability.

 

Social Media

We will be capturing video and photographs during Bounce House Sessions and any other Events run by The Party Crew. These may be used to market our company now or in the future. If you have any questions about this or how these images will be used, please email us at info@thepartycrew.je.
